Ultimately the property owner is responsible for the payment of our services. As the owner you will need to sign a form authorizing the work and payment. If the work is an insurance claim, ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora & Kendall County generally collects the deductible amount and bills the balance to your insurance provider as a service to you. We currently use pricing established in conjunction with the major insurance providers. These prices are standard for the industry and the market place. If your claim is not covered or you decide not to file a claim, you will be expected to pay balance in full at time of service.
